Have you thought about a template to drill relief holes in the Rivian Frunk shelf where the 2 valve caps are so that one could keep the shelf in there for a more flat surface for storing items when the tank is installed? The caps seem to prevent me from putting shelf back in when the tank is installed. Thanks for the tank. Such great work. I have a scan of the frunk tub but not of the shelf itself. Rivian has also made changes to the shelf several times--mostly for the magnets I think--so I would be worried about how accurate the template would be. As Jeff posted above, the tank is at least as strong as the shelf. A few users have also posted pictures of some sort of molded frunk liner they have placed on top of the tank that looks quite clean. I forget the product name. Pretty sure it was the BestEVMod one... www.amazon.com/BestEvMod-R1T-R1S-All-Weather-Accessories/dp/B0BRQ2C16L

I'm trying to fit the 40qt fridge in there too when it comes out so having a floor was important

Installed mine yesterday! Very happy with how it went together and the fit in the frunk. It feels more than strong enough to support anything you need to throw on top of it. It's a better platform for my cooler, since that would not fit with the stock platform in place and had to previously sit down in the bottom of the frunk in a very wonky manner. I will probably 3D print some brackets that fit into the slots on the top of the wooter to keep the cooler from sliding to the left. Anyone have a recommendation for a right angle 12V outlet splitter so I can keep the fridge and wooter plugged in? I am using the internal pump for now. I would say it's just barely enough flow to be usable. Will use it for a while and likely look to upgrade to a pressure demand pump down the road. Kirk Attachments:

Kirk I'm working on the "fancy" hatch mount for the Seaflo 23 on demand pump now in case you missed the post. Stay tuned =)
